Strategies can be defined quickly: the knowledge and ability of members of the management team are identified and creatively reinterpreted in two (systematically conducted) workshops. Strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and risks become apparent. Potential becomes visible. In the process, priorities are discovered, bundled and tackled together. So that managers stand behind it and feel what it means when everybody is pulling in the right direction on the same rope: enjoyment and success.
