Moderator of the conference on construction economics in Zurich

Low-cost construction requires professionalism from everyone involved. Formulating mutually agreeable and balanced goals, organizing the processes, reducing the components and consistently focusing on the essentials are important steps for sustainable, low-cost construction. Together with about one hundred participants, Samuel Gerber (also an expert in low-cost construction and originator of the "Penta" house, with more than 3,000 units built) defined the essence of construction economics as a fundamental element for the residential building/architectural competition for the Hunzikerareal in Zurich-Leutschenbach.
