The value of a piece of real estate depends essentially on its location, qualities and earning potential. The complex conditions surrounding it (location, state of the building, view, regulations, etc.) are managed in a way that achieves optimum financial conditions for all participants (parties interested in residential or industrial use, municipalities, investors, owners, etc.).
Instead of simply tearing down a massive industrial base (as was originally planned), its height and volume were exploited to build additional apartments with enhanced lake views at the upper levels. With visible proof of feasibility, the design plan is formulated to offer investors the combination of security and profit potential that they seek.
