If your back seizes up...

In the office, I mostly lay flat so that my spine would heal quickly: my workplace consisted essentially of a computer with an Internet connection and all the peripherals, plus a telephone and a few manuals.

The computer lay beside me, with the keyboard within easy reach in a specially-designed holder. A projector on the floor projected the computer screen via a mirror onto the ceiling within my field of vision. The picture was not mirror image, because the beaming device was set to rear projection. (If your beam can't do that, you need two mirrors. Direct projection onto a tilted screen would work too…).
